"A-Tec" found replacement for Deutche bank

The Head of Austrian concern "A-tec", Mirko Kovač, said last night (April 7, 2008) in Vienna that the replacement had been found for "Deutsche Bank", for the sake of realization of purchase of Mining Smelter Basin Bor.

- We have found the substitute for "Deutsche Bank" - he pointed out in the talk with the press, but he did not want to specify the name of the replacement.

"Deutsche bank" withdrew the promise to partially finance A-Tec’s purchase of RTB Bor, so that Kovač could not pay the whole amount before the deadline.

Kovač said that he was very surprised and dissapointed with the decision of "Deutsche banke" not to invest in Serbia by the end of the year.

Kovač hopes for positive outcome, adding that, even if he fails to buy RTB Bor, he will not give up his dream to become the leader on the copper market.
