"ComTrade" officially takes over Slovenian "Hermes SoftLab" on April 8

Company "ComTrade Group" will make the takeover of Slovenian software company "Hermes Softlab" official tomorrow (April 8, 2008) in Ljubljana.

Realization of this deal will result in creation of the largest international group in field of information technologies in central and southeast Europe with 1,600 employees, incomes worth 300m EUR and presence in 14 countries.

Slovenian media announced earlier that "ComTrade's" offer was worth 40m EUR, but the correct amount should be revealed at tomorrow's joint presentation.
