"Nelt co" and "MLP Pruszkow i SP" interested in Subotica-based "Javna skladišta"

- Bids for procurement of company "Javna skladišta" from Subotica have been submitted to the Privatization Agency by well-known distributor "Nelt co" from Belgrade and "MLP Pruszkow i SP" from Poland - Privatization Agency announced.

The Agency announced public invitation for participation in the tender on February 26, 2008, and offered 70% of capital for sale.

All financial investors whose total business assets exceed 30m EUR and those whose business income in 2007 exceeded 5m EUR were able to submit bids.

With the annual turnover of about 842,000 EUR and only 37 workers, "Javna skladišta" belong to the group of small enterprises. However, from the point of view of business, resource potential and market prospects, the company is worth the investors' attention.

It is settled in the industrial zone of Subotica, only 10 km away from the border with Hungary.

The company's complex includes 22,453 square meters of facilities, 29,909 square meters of which are storage space, 7 hectares of land, internal junctions and free space at total surface of 27,257 square meters, as well as internal railway gage whose capacity is 18 tons.
