Lukoil announced strategic partnership with NIS -credit of 600 million USD

Petroleum Industry of Serbia could, very soon, modernize its refineries and other capacities by means of credit of about 600 million USD, which is offered by Russian petroleum and gas giant "Lukoil". In that way, the value of Serbian national company would be increased from 1.5 to over 3 billion USD.

Lukoil offers that amount as the investment in possible strategic partnership. That is the first big and concrete offer of one of the numerous world companies that talked with the representatives of NIS and the Government of Serbia - MOl, Shell, Helenic Petroleum, Beitmen,...

The only clear offers were delivered to NIS by Slovenian Petrol - 50 million USD and Avia-Petrobart, which offered the same amount.
