Zrenjanin-based electricity distribution equipment company Minel Fepo on sale

The administrative receiver of the Zrenjanin-based electricity distribution equipment company Minel Fepo a.d. in bankruptcy has called the second sale of this legal entity through public bidding, to take place on January 13, 2017, in Zrenjanin. The starting price is RSD 119.4 million.

On sale is the legal entity with the property consisting of buildings, equipment, inventory, advance payments made, local and foreign purchasers, related parties, receivables from joint ventures with related parties and other types of property.

As well, at a separate tender, a part of the company's property has been put up on sale – a holiday home with the right of building land usage. The starting price is around RSD 608,000.
