Cooperation between "Energodata" and Meridian bank - 11.3m EUR for rental and servicing of 200 ATMs

By signing the contract on long-term and strategic business cooperation, "Energodata a.d." obliged to rent and service 200 ATMs for the needs of Meridian Bank within next seven years.

The value of the contract is about 11.3m EUR. The contract includes possibility of rental of another 100 ATMs in case the bank expands the network of self-service machines.

For the needs of this business arrangement, "Energoprojekt Energodata" will buy (total of) 300 ATMs, which is the investment worth about 4.7m EUR.
