Deadline for "Lasta" extended for third time - new tender on June 30

Privatization Agency has extended the deadline for submission of final obligatory bids for transportation company "Lasta" for the third time and the new deadline is June 30.

According to official announcement, all available information led to the deadline extension, but the real cause is political situation in the country.

The tender for "Lasta" was announced on November 16, 2007, and the first deadline for submission of bids was February 8. Then everything was postponed until March 7 and then until April 4.

All companies that deal with transportation of passengers for minimum three years, that have minimum of 250 buses and business income in 2006 in minimum amount of 150m EUR, can participate in the tender.
