Unsuccessful tender for sale of property of company "Genex" on Kopaonik

- Tender for sale of property of company "Internacional CG" on Kopaonik has been unsuccessful because there have been no bids - Privatization Agency announced on its web site.

At the meeting of the Tender committee, which was held yesterday (March 24, 2008), it was stated that the Tender documentation had been bought by five participants - companies "Home Art&Sales Services" from Switzerland, "MK group" from Belgrade, "Hamstead Investments" from Belgrade, "InterDil Invest" from Belgrade and "Aida Asset Association AG" from Lichtenstein, but that they had not submitted offers prior to the final deadline.

The property of company "Genex" on Kopaonik includes hotels "Grand" and "Sunčani vrhovi" and 106 apartments on that mountain in Raška, at total surface of 50,802 square meters, as well as restaurant "Zvrk".
