Telekom Srbija opens mts Premium business center – First specialized store meant for SMEs in Belgrade

Telekom Srbija opened the first mts Premium business center in Belgrade on November 30. The services are meant exclusively for small and medium enterprises, and the opening of another two centers in the territory of Serbia has been announced for the next year.

General manager of Telekom Srbija, Predrag Culibrk, said at the opening ceremony that it was a whole new concept of cooperation with entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises.

– This is the first center of its kind and a place for entrepreneurs and their employees to come to and be treated by Telekom Srbija more as a partner than a service provider – Culibrk stated.

Telekom’s idea, according to the executive director for business users, Petar Popovic, is to open another two such centers in Serbia next year, outside of Belgrade.

MTS has, according to him, created special sales channels, service support and special ICT services for this user segment based on a detailed analysis of the demands and needs of SMEs.

In order to meet their demands, Telekom Srbija has already opened specialized sales outlets in nearly every big city this year, where users can receive information and purchase services.

– Our aim is to be the first choice for this type of user and we will therefore continue to invest in order to improve and enhance the user experience, introduce new services and new solutions, all to the end of providing business users with an opportunity to run their operations as efficiently as possible – Popovic says.

The concept of the mts Premium business center has been developed in line with the latest standards of equipping sales outlets and is divided into several zones. In addition to advisers for SMEs in the meeting section and a zone with the latest models of devices necessary for modern business, the presentation zone presents business solutions to users interactively, through digital screens, whereas the lounge zones offers the possibility of learning about the services through specially developed animations. In this multimedia center, users can do everything they need to in one place, without waiting.
