Greeks officially took over "rudder" and IHP "Prahovo" - Prahovo-based chemical industry to be run by Anastasios Topalis

Company "Neochimiki L.V. Lavrentiadis" from Greece has officially taken over Industry of chemical products "Prahovo" after new organs of management were selected. Greek company paid 5m EUR for the company from Prahovo.

Prahovo-based chemical industry will be run by Anastasios Topalis from "Neochimiki" group, while the general manager of all Prahovo-based dependent companies will be Mladen Trišić, former CEO of IHP.

Karl Ferster, the Manager of "Neochimiki L.V. Lavrentiadis" for international relations has been appointed the President of the Assembly, while Hari Stavrinotakis is the new President of the Administrative Board of IHP.
