Company "Toma Kostić" on Belgrade Stock Exchange on March 25 - 70% of assets for 5.96m RSD

Share Fund will offer 70% of assets of company "Toma Kostić" from Leskovac on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, at price of 5.96m RSD.

Total of 119,298 stocks of that confectionery industry will be offered for sale at starting price of 50 RSD per stock, and the deadline for applications for participation in the auction expired on March 20.

Company "Toma Kostić" deals with production of candies and other confectioneries and it has the factory with 178 workers.

In 2006, the company's incomes amounted to 51.4m RSD, while the expenses amounted to 95.3m RSD.
