Porto Skadar Lake complex construction underway - Investment totaling EUR 75 m (PHOTO)

Montenegro resort company has signed a contract with a construction company Green room for the implementation of the eco resort Porto Skadar Lake project, whose construction should begin soon.General Manager of Montenegro resort Ivan Zindovic said every day construction of the complex of villas and hotel in the National Park Skadar Lake, on the peninsula Bisk rep, worth EUR 75 m, should start.

He explained machines will move across the water, with barge, which can carry 40 tons of cargo, but that due to low water levels it they could not have done it earlier.- The first machines at Biski rep will build access roads to the future hotel complex, so that larger construction machinery could reach it through land road- Zindovic said.Construction of a hotel, 32 villas, marina at the foot of the peninsula and a restaurant on its top is planned at Biski rep. There will be two construction stages. The first will comprise construction of hotel complexes and the second one exclusive villas.
