Air Serbia increases turnover for 1,8% in the first nine months 2016 - Since January till September 2,1 m passengers transported

National airline, Air Serbia has increased the number of passengers in the first nine months, according to the Airport Nikola Tesla. Air Serbia transported 2.1 million passengers in the January-September period, representing an increase of 1.8% compared to the same period last year. The company is in this period accounted for 55% of total traffic at the airport. Air Serbia has recorded 25,816 flights, an increase of 1.7% compared to the same period in 2015. The busiest line of the airline was to Zurich with 138,441 passengers (an increase of 16.6%), followed by Paris with 121.785 passengers (pad 3.5%), Podgorica with 109,949 passengers (up 4.5%), Tivat with 97,767 passengers (up 4.3%) and Moscow with 89,571 passenger (down 12.9%).All other destinations have resulted in a turnover of 1.56 million passengers, which represents an increase of 1.7% compared to the same period in 2015, Wisebroker reports.
