The Share Fund of Serbia invited minor stockholders of Priboj-based manufacturer of rubber mass Poliester yesterday (March 19, 2008) to sell 60.4% of stocks they own to Slovenian consortium for 2.25m EUR.

The offer expires on Wednesday, April 2nd. Nominal value of stocks is 1,350 RSD (16.06 EUR), while the market value of stocks on March 17 amounted to 1,000 RSD (11.89 EUR).
