Srebrnac hotel in Kopaonik offered for lease

The Srebrnac hotel at the center of Kopaonik on the road to Brzece has been offered for lease in the period from December 1, 2016, till April 30, 2017, with the possibility of extending the contract.

The hotel is owned by PTT-Ugostiteljstvo in bankruptcy, and the ad was placed by the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency.

The bid submission deadline is November 17.

The hotel contains two-, three- and four-bed rooms, as well as 8 apartments and has a capacity of 180 beds. Each room contains a bathroom, a TV set and a phone.
