Consortium of Slovenian companies bought "Poliester" from Priboj

- Consortium of Slovenian companies "Imgrad", "Argo" and businessman Lenart Skok are the new owners of company "Poliester" from Priboj - Privatization Agency announced.

The package owned by the Share Fund has been offered for sale, and the basic elements of the contract are: 14.88 EUR per stock, the statement about purchase of all offered stocks and unconditional accepting of obligations from the social program.

According to the announcement, after the buyer pays the price for all stocks, the Share Fund will announce invitation for joining to the individual stockholders who will be able to sell their stocks, within 10 working days from the day that invitation is announced, by issuing orders for transfer of their stocks to the restricted account opened with the Central Securities Registry.

The second-ranked bidder on the tender for "Poliester" was Slovenian company "Kovinoplastika Piskar MP".

Company "Poliester" was founded in 1962 and it has 341 workers. It deals with production of panels, plastic tubing and profiles, plastic packaging, parts and tools for motor vehicles and floating facilities, as well as building subjects of plastic, anti-hail rockets, cyllindric dishes.
