Chaos on dairy market – price of milk grows by 50 RSD on its way from manufacturers to consumers

Dairy market in Serbia is currently in chaos. This was estimated at conference “Days of Milk” in Novi Sad.

- Margins on agricultural products in Serbia are drastic, and that can be freely called monopoly - said the State Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture, Milan Petrović.

The dean at the Faculty of Agriculture in Novi Sad, Milan Krainović, says that the price of milk grows by up to 50 RSD per liter on its way from manufacturers to consumers in Serbia, which has never happened before.
