As soon as the Privatization Agency announced that it had broken the contract on sale of "Putnika" to company "Uniworld", the lawyers of a Greek consortium reacted and pressed charges after they had been disqualified on the tender.

They say that they do not give up "Putnik". Although their offer of 10.1 million USD was double bigger than the offer of "Uniworld", the tender commission rejected them, allegedly, because they did not submit the bank’s guarantees on time. It is true that they were late, but that took place while Serbia was in the state of the emergency.

They say that they do not give up "Putnik" and that they are valid participants in the tender, so that they are the only ones who have right to sign the contract with the Privatization Agency.
