Share holder’s fund is selling 70% of Leskovac based company “Toma Kostic”

Share holder’s fund of Serbia has announced that on March, 25th it will offer at Belgrade’s stock exchange 70,02% of the capital of “Toma Kostic” company from Leskovac, by the starting price of 5,96 millions RSD.
As it is announced in the brochure, a total of 119.298 shares is offered by the starting price of 50 RSD per share, and deadline for applying for participation at the auction is March, 20th.
“Toma Kostic” company is a manufacturer of candies and other sweet products. In 2006 it gained a profit of 51,4 millions RSD, while expenses were 95,3 millions RSD.
The company owns a factory with 178 employees.
