Delphi continues employing – Jobs for 1,400 so far, 500 new applications each month

The company Delphi is completing all the construction works on the Novi Sad factory and is now located in a spacious new hall containing the latest equipment, says the American car company, which currently employs 1,400 people of Novi Sad and is continuously hiring new workers.

Delphi continues actively employing people in various positions. They are most in need of assembly and cutting operators, warehouse and maintenance workers, but also specialists, such as engineers and other manufacture, logistics and quality control workers.

– Our company receives around 500 applications a month and all the potential candidates can send us their CVs to the official job application email delphiposao@delphi.com or hand them over personally at the factory at 20 Privrednikova Street, North 2 Work Zone – the company says.

Although the American company is constantly hiring new workers, there are those who left the company after a while because, as they say at the company, they hadn’t seen themselves working in the industry. Nevertheless, this hasn’t significantly impacted their operations, as confirmed by the fact that they’ve employed an additional 200 people in the past two months.
