"MK Commerce" became new owner of "Agrounija" from Inđija

Kostić’s "MK Commerce" became the owner of agricultural collective from Inđija "Agrounija". The sales contract has been signed on the basis of the tender realization and it implies obligation of "MK Commerce" to pay €2.5m to the State for takeover of ownership in "Agrounija", as well as to invest €5m in that company within 5 years.

"Agrounija" holds property over cultivated fields of total surface of 7,370 ha, about 10 ha of orchards, 85 ha of meadows, 261 ha of pastures, 89 ha of forests. It also owns 2 irrigation systems, pig farm, cow farm, egg-laying hen farm... fodder silos.
