Signature on sales contract of "Yugoslav River Shipping" on March 15

The contract on sale of "Yugoslav River Shipping" to consortium of "Palmali Shipping" and "Palmali Holding" will be signed on March 15, says the legal representative of that consortium, Aleksandar Denda.

The legal representatives of the consortium from Malta says that the negotiations with the Privatization Agency about sale of Yugoslav River Shipping are close to end and that the contract will be signed on March 15.

Denda reminded that the offered purchase price was 30m EUR and that investment program was worth 15m EUR and that, mainly, all elements of the contract were agreed on, "except for some details in the social program, which will be defined during the negotiations with the trade union". He did not want to specify contract terms, pointing out that they will be discussed after the transaction is done.
