Negotiations with Frontier and Petrovax on Galenika strategic partnership to begin on October 24

Negotiations on the strategic partnership of Galenika and the British-Russian consortium Frontier and Petrovax will begin on Monday, October 24, RTS reported yesterday.

As reported, members of the commission for carrying out the strategic partnership and the management of Galenika have been notified of the decision of the Government of Serbia to start negotiating with the only bidder to submit the proper documentation.

The British-Russian consortium has offered EUR 7 million for 25% of the ownership of the Serbian company and managing Galenika's operations in the period ahead, until the final privatization of the company.

The period within which the agreement is to be reached is 90 days.
