Public-private partnership for construction of mandatory oil reserves storage

The Ministry of Mining and Energy has placed a tender for the service of and adviser for the public-private partnership for the construction of the mandatory petroleum and petroleum product reserves storage.

The company which gets the job will, among other things, provide support to the Ministry of Mining and Energy in the process of submitting the proposal of the PPP to the Government and submitting the proposal of the project of PPP to the Commission for Public-Private Partnerships.

Furthermore, it will prepare tender documentation in the process of selection of the private partner, a draft public agreement, as well as a draft agreement on the founding of a special-purpose joint company.

The submission deadline is November 14, 2016.
