Autoprevoz Cacak is working on the project of online ticket sale, which will enable the reservation of tickets over a longer period of time at prices considerably lower than regular ones. The software will be created by a Polish company, and the plan is to start selling tickets this way in early 2017.

– We have signed an agreement with a Polish company which is developing an internet ticket sale system for us. Initially, the tickets will be sold through the internet only, which will later be expanded to our sales network and certain booths where passengers will be able to buy tickets at dynamic price-lists, just like airplane tickets are bought. You will be able to, for example, buy your ticket two months ahead and for the ticket to cost you just one dinar, which will depend on how many tickets you're buying and how far ahead of the departure – says Aleksandar Petronijevic, director of Autoprevoz.

Even though the neighboring cities of Uzice, Kraljevo and Kregujevac have seen the collapse of bus transport companies, Autoprevoz Cacak has managed to survive in the market, and the company's management is already making ambitious plans for the future.

As Petronijevic says, the plan is to increase the number of vehicles by three before 2020.

– We are currently preparing a four-years strategy for the company's operations and its growth and our ambition is to increase the current number of 130 buses three times in about four years, before 2020. I can't tell you which particular zones of development and expansion are in question, but we plan to become a truly big company in the coming period, if the environment allows for it – Petronijevic announces and reminds that Autoprevoz currently employs 330 workers, whereas the entire Kavim Group has 700 employees in Serbia.

The director of Autoprevoz also says that the ticket validation system will be operational in all buses by the end of the year, providing exact data on the number of passengers in each vehicle.
