"Zobnatica" to get new owner - agricultural company from Bačka Topola on auction on April 11th

Privatization Agency of Serbia has announced that it will offer the majority capital of agricultural company “Zobnatica“ from Bačka Topola for sale on the auction on April 11th, at starting price of 161m RSD.

Total of 62.3% of property of that company for agricultural production and horse breeding, which owns total of 242.5 ha of land, will be offered for sale.

Of total surface of land, building land occupies 113.7 ha, while agricultural land is at 105.1 ha, and forest is at 23.7 ha.

The value of capital of “Zobnatica" that is offered for sale is estimated to 671m RSD (8m EUR), and the buyer will have to invest minimum 21.9m RSD in the company.

“Zobnatica’s" property includes a stable with horse boxes at surface of 550 square meters, od imovine ima stalu sa boksovima za konje povrsine 550 kvadratnih metara, pigsty, slaughterhouse and trench silo at surface of 1,557 square meters.

It has 194 workers, the income in 2006 amounted to 354m RSD, and the profit amounted to about 1m RSD.
