One bid for procurement of "Keramika" Mladenovac - conditions met only by consortium of "Inter Gas" Belgrade and "Oil BG" Sofia

Privatization Agency announced yesterday (March 3, 2008) that the only bidder that had met conditions on the tender for sale of public capital in company "Keramika" Mladenovac was the consortium made of "Inter Gas" Belgrade and "Oil BG" Sofia from Bulgaria.

At the meeting of the Tender commission for sale of 62.82% of total capital in Stock company for production of building ceramics "Keramika", it was stated that one bid had been delivered prior to December 21, 2007, and that it had been submitted by the consortium of "Inter Gas" Belgrade and "Oil BG" Sofia.
