Greece declared the best national tourist organization - awards granted at Tourism Fair in Belgrade

- The award for the best national tourist organization was granted to Greece yesterday (March 2, 2008) at the Tourism Fair in Belgrade - the Belgrade Fair announced.

Other laureates are six regional tourist organizations of Serbia - Kraljevo, Kruševac, Čačak, Gornji Milanovac, Topola and Raška, which are organized into program "Together through centuries" .

Agency "Kon Tiki" was declared the best tour-operator.

"Banja - Kanjiža" is the best in field of "health tourism with accompanying program", the best hotel is "Zlatnik" in Zemun, and the award in field of ethno and eco-tourism went to Ethno village "Stanišić".

In field of transportation - air, railway, bus and "rent-a- car" - the award was granted to air transportation company "Jat Airways", the best local tourist destination is Sremski Karlovci, and the award for new technologies in tourism went to Public Company "Skijališta Srbije".
