Second auction of Farmakom property

The first auction of the property of Koncern Farmakom MB in bankruptcy didn't succeed, which is why the trustee in bankruptcy has called a new public bidding for November 9.

On sale are business premises, land and equipment, and it's interesting that the second auction includes 7 more items than the first one. On offer are the complex for the production of plastic packaging EHA, the head office building, the restaurant, business premises in Sabac, land in Banja Koviljaca, Debrc, Zajaca, Mokra Gora, an apartment in Debrc and the equipment in the Lece mine.

The property has been estimated at around RSD 400 million.
