Postal Savings Bank [PSBN] has announced that it increased the capital by 2.08 billion RSD, that is, by about 24.8m EUR.
According to the report about successful sale of stocks, of 114,780 stocks from the fourth issue, 50.58%, that is, 58,053 stocks were sold on the basis of the priority in purchase at price of 35,820 RSD per piece and two stocks were sold at price of 39,800 RSD.
Following the registration of these stocks, Postal Savings Bank has total of 322,605 common stocks whose nominal value is 10,000 RSD, and the state of Serbia owns 96.7%, that is, 312,138 stocks directly and through Public Company PTT Srbija and Pension and Disability Insurance Fund.
The money from the additional capitalization, as it was announced earlier, will be used for introduction of new financial servics and for investments in various profitable projects.
The stocks of Postal Savings Bank appeared on the Belgrade Stock Exchange in February 2006, and current market value of the bank is 6 billion RSD.
Current price of stocks of Postal Savings Bank on the Belgrade Stock Exchange is 23,000 RSD. The highest price in amount of 90,000 RSD per stock was achieved on May 17, 2007, while the lowest price of 17,100 RSD was registered on October 20, 2006.
