Emphasys Software takes over Ljubljana’s Halcom

The American company Emphasys Software has acquired Ljubljana-based Halcom, a company providing digital banking solutions. The purchase price has not been revealed.

– In our search for an appropriate partner that will continue to develop the company for the next 20 years, we have not come across a company closer to our expectations than Emphasys – Matjaz Cadez stated and added that the company was in safe hands.

Halcom’s most significant clients are banks and central banks, which is why the new owner needed to have a strong capital, Cadez concluded.
