Two buildings, including office space, in Kneza Mihaila Street, owned by the formerly renowned company Beko, will be put up on sale for the record-setting 29th time.

The trustee in bankruptcy of Beogradska Konfekcija Beko in bankruptcy has called a sale of the bankruptcy owner’s property through a public bidding procedure to be held in Belgrade on November 15.

In addition to office space, the resort in Belanovica and the factory in Kovin have been put up on sale, with the total value being estimated at around EUR 10.5 million. Also on sale are machinery and equipment, small inventory and clothes and fine art paintings.

The bid submission deadline is November 8.

The price of real estate in Belgrade (around EUR 10 million) is lower than in February when both buildings were offered at an auction for EUR 11.3 million, and far lower than the starting price, which was EUR 27 million.
