Agency to make decision about "A-tec’s" request on February 26

Privatization Agency should make the decision today about the request of the first-ranked bidder on te tender for sale of Mining-Smelter Basin "Bor", Austrian consortium "A-tec - Brickshelf", for extension of the deadline for fulfillment of contractual obligations.

The Agency announced earlier that, in accordance with legal obligation, it would make decision about the length of the additional time on February 25th.

The contract on sale of RTB Bor to "A-Tec - Brickshelf" for 466m USD was signed on February 7th in the premises of the Government of Serbia.
