Nicović offered 27.7m RSD for 5.9% of stocks of "Višnjica"

Businessman Đorđije Nicović announced the bid yesterday (February 24, 2008) for takeover of 5.95% of stocks of catering company "Višnjica" from Belgrade. After this takeover, Nicović, who offered 27.77m RSD, will become the owner of 100% of assets.

The invitation is open prior to March 14, and minor stockholders who accept the offer can deposit their stocks to the accounts of Broker company "Dil Broker" (43 Terazije Street). Nicović now owns 15.30% of stocks of "Višnjica", and his company "Irva investicije" owns 78.74%, which makes total of 94.04%, that is, 154,183 stocks of total of 163,961 stocks of "Višnjica".

Remaining 5.95%, that is, 9,778 stocks are owned by minor stockholders with the share smaller than 0.5%. Nicović offers 2,840 RSD per stock to minor stockholders, which is also the market value of stocks of "Višnjica". The last trading in stocks of "Višnjica" was registered on February 1st, when 173 stocks were sold at price of 2,840 RSD for total of 491,320 RSD.

According to the data from the Belgrade Stock Exchange, "Višnjica" owns 6,371.28 square meters of land where Belgrade's restaurants "Mornar", "Ušće", "Ima dana", "Devetka" and "Bled", Business Center "Fontana", breweries "Tošin bunar" and "Stara Hercegovina", store "Dorćol" and other facilities are situated.
