Two Oregon breweries, Montavilla Brew Works and Coin Toss Brewing, have joined forces in order to make beer out of a breakfast staple – cornflakes.

The new beer has been named Frosted Flakes, after the Keloggs brand of cornflakes sprinkled with sugar.

Around ten kilograms of cornflakes was used in the production, and the limited amount produced was offered at local events and sold out in no time.
