Presentation of city planning project for part of complex "Skadarlija" on February 20

On Wednesday, February 20, at 6 PM, presentation of the city planning project, elaborated in accordance with the Detailed land-utilization plan of complex "Skadarlija" and General Plan "Belgrade 2021", will be organized in the large hall of the borough of Stari Grad. This presentation is organized by the Council for Architecture and Urbanism of the Town Hall of Stari grad.

The city planning project is part of complex "Skadarlija", which is situated on the location of former brewery "Bajloni". It will include reconstruction and construction of commercial-business and business-apartment facility in Cetinjska Street. The plan was designed by the team from the Faculty of Architecture, University in Belgrade, and the client is "Star immobiliare" from Belgrade.
