Radomir Živanić Baja, that is, his "Verano motos“, has been registered as the owner of one third of Department Stores "Beograd". Two-third owner is the company of Greek investment fund "Marfin Investment Group", which was founded in Netherlands especially for the purpose of this transaction, and its name is "MIG Real Estate Serbia".

Reregistration from the previous public ownership has been carried out in the Business Registry Agency in the way that the new owner of Department Stores "Beograd" is company "Tau 1", and the owners of "Tau 1" are "MIG Real Estate Serbia" (66.6%) and "Verano motors" of Radomir Živanić Baja (33.33%).
