The Forum is organized by the French state agency for investments and development, Business France, in cooperation with the French-Serbian Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia and the Development Agency of Serbia, with the aim of stimulating French companies to do business in the Serbian market.
In addition to the Serbian prime minister, the business forum will be attended by Minister of Economy Goran Knezevic, Ambassador of France to Serbia Christine Moro, deputy general manager of Business France, Frederic Rossi, the EBRD Director for Serbia Daniel Berg and many other influential business people and investment experts. Dragoljub Damljanovic, the president of the French-Serbian Chamber of Commerce and the director of the energy and services sector for SEE of Schneider Electric, will share his experiences of the economic environment in Serbia.
Within the conference “Serbia – a strategic crossroads between Western and Eastern Europe”, French companies will be presented with the political and economic environment in Serbia, possibilities of investment, and ways of funding economic projects.
Four round tables will be organized, where sectors with the largest investment potential will be discussed – agricultural and food industry, energy and environmental protection, automotive and mechanization industry and digital technologies and telecommunications sector.
The afternoon program is reserved for B2B meetings with French companies, which will be attended by the director general of the French-Serbian Chamber of Commerce, Sanja Ivanic. Among the French companies which will take part in this Forum are the Airbus Group, Atos Worldgrid, Consolis, Axereal, Credit Agricole, Dalkia, Egis, Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, Hutchinson, Gefco, Gemalto, Lohr, Pricewaterhousecoopers, RATP Dev, Societe Generale, Schneider Electric, UGGC law office, Suez, Veolia, Vinci Aeroports and others.
