Additional capitalization of "Valjevo put" - capital to be increased by 31.5m RSD

Company “Valjevo put" will issue new stocks in total amount of 31.5m RSD and, in that way, increase the capital of the company by the same amount.

The company will issue 315,855 stocks whose nominal value is 100 RSD. Additional capitalization is of the closed type and it is carried out in order for the majority owner, Hungarian company “Betonut", to place the investments in the first year, which is its obligation from the tender contract of June 2007.

Of total number of new stocks, 215,205 stocks will be used for investments, while 100,650 stocks are intended for minor stockholders.
