Novi Sad-based "Continental promet" on auction on February 27

The Share Fund will offer 23.12% of stocks of company "Continental Promet"
from Novi Sad for sale on the auction on February 27. According to that public invitation, total of 1,093 stocks will be offered for
sale on the auction on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, at the price of 500 RSD per stock. Total starting price for 23.12% of
stocks of the trade company will be 546,500 RSD.
The applications should be submitted at least three working days before the scheduled auction, that is, before Friday, February 22nd. Participation requires previous payment of deposit in amount of 566,500 RSD.
Majority owner of "Continental Promet" from
Novi Sad is the namesake company from Sremska Mitrovica, which bought 69.99% of
that company on the auction of the Privatization Agency on December 18, 2006, for 2.13m RSD.
The Share Fund owns 23.11%, while minor stockholders have less than 8% in their possession.
Novi Sad-based "Continental Promet" entered the Belgrade Stock Exchange on January 22, 2008. The stocks owned by the majority owner can not be traded within two years from the day the privatization contract was signed, that is, by the end of this year. The company has total of 4,728 stocks.
According to the data from the prospectus, nominal value of stock is 1,000 RSD, the incomes in 2006 amounted to 50.51m RSD, the costs amounted to 51.28m RSD, whereas the loss amounted to 768,000 RSD. The company has short-term debts in amount of 29.15m RSD and it owns real estates in Novi Sad at 124.86 square meters.
