The future of Sava Centar is still unclear, but its value has been estimated at no less than EUR 108 million, of which the building itself is worth EUR 80.5 million, the land EUR 26.4 million and the equipment, inventory and goods EUR 1.2 million, as stated in the report on estimate of value of property and capital of PE Sava Centar carried out by the City Institute of Court Expertise, to be presented at today’s session of the Assembly of the City of Belgrade.

Members of the parliament will also be provided with information on this public enterprise’s operations, whose debts on May 31, 2016, amounted to nearly RSD 421 million (slightly less than EUR 3.5 million).

Most of their debts are towards state-owned enterprises, nearly RSD 370 million, and the rest is towards commercial suppliers. As a consolation, Sava Centar has receivables in the amount of RSD 113.5 million.

Members of the parliament will also be presented with the report saying that three companies have answered the non-binding invitation for reconstruction and management of Sava Centar – the Nikola Tesla Airport, Delta Holding and Slovenia’s GGE ESCO – but that the latter bid is incomplete.

Energoprojekt Visokogradnja and Birmingham’s Nec Group were also interested but didn’t submit official bids.
