Stocks of DDOR Novi Sad on market outside stock exchange starting February 19

By the decision of the Belgrade Stoc Exchange, the stocks of insurance company DDOR Novi Sad will be included in the market outside the stock exchange on February 19.

Number of stocks that will appear on that market is 2,114,424 (100%), and their nominal value will be 1,220 RSD. The indicative price for the first trading will be 10,369 RSD, based on the price from the contract on purchase and sale of stocks in company DDOR Novi Sad, which obliged the buyer to pay minimum purchase price of the specified stocks. DDOR Novi Sad is the second largest insurance company in Serbia and it covers about 30% of local market. Its network consists of over 100 offices and it has more than 2,000 employees.

- According to all economic parameters, these stocks will be in high demand, so that it is expected that the trading will be very interesting. at the moment of the fall in price and turnover, one such security is more than welcome - says Nikola Ćirković, a dealer in Stoc Company "PS broker" Belgrade.

People from DDOR also believe that the interest will be great.

- Having in mind the whole Stock Exchange and the condition that does not show essential values, I am not sure how the Stock Exchange will react on the stocks of DDOR in the first two or three days. We should wait for some time in order to see the real state. Prices of our securities should rise because Serbian market is much shallow and craves for high-quality stocks. DDOR is a company with clear balance and quality new owner - says Darko Botić, Chief Executive.

DDOR Novi Sad was sold to Italian company "Fondiaria" at the end of the last year for 220m EUR, which were paid at the end of January. By taking over DDOR, Fondiaria became the owner of 83.32% of stocks, while the first next owner is Serbian privatization cadastre with 6.58% of stocks. "Apatinska pivara" is the third owner with more than 1% of stocks of this company.
