EGM of AIK approves new dividend - Retained earnings EUR 27.5 million

The Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) at AIK Banka (AIKB), held on September 2nd, approved all proposed decisions, including a cash dividend payment.

Retained earnings of the bank in the amount of RSD 3.38bn (EUR 27.5m) will be distributed in the following way: RSD 141.5m (RSD 125.5 per share) to the owners of priority cumulative shares (AIKBPB), RSD 5.1m (RSD 125.5 per share) to the owners of priority convertible shares (AIKBPC) and RSD 3.2bn (RSD 390 per share) to the owners of ordinary shares. Record date is on September 2nd, while the payment date is on September 6th. As already known, in addition to this payment, AIK paid out dividends in the amount of EUR 25.7m in January this year.
