FAP signs agreement on production of 30 trucks for UAE – Job worth EUR 2.3 million

Fabrika Automobila Priboj (FAP) signed an agreement with a local company today on production and shipment of 30 FAP 13-18 trucks. The job is worth EUR 2.3 million, and the agreement says that the trucks should be delivered to the buyer in a year.
As they say in FAP, these are all-terrain trucks, which the buyer will upgrade and export to the United Arab Emirates.
– FAP hasn't had a deal like this in three years. Fifty workers have been employed for the preparation of this job, and in the following weeks, when the production starts, we will employ around a hundred people more – says Ranko Vukovic, director general of FAP.
