New Chief Executive of Mining Smelter Basin "Bor", after Austrian "A-Tech" pays 466m USD and takes over the largest Serbian copper manufacturer, will be Bernhard Ripel, one of the closest associates of Mirko Kovač, President of "A-Tech".

"RTB minerals and metals" will be the new name of the Bor-based company after it changes its owner.
