Minister Mlađan Dinkić said that four world investment banks expressed their interest in becoming advisers of IPO in Serbia.

At the press conference, Minister of Economy and Regional Development of Serbia, Mlađan Dinkić, said that the representatives of the banks, which are interested in becoming advisers for the process of preparation of initial public offers of stocks of public companies, were staying in Belgrade.

Minister said that he expected great interest already in the first offer, which will concern the stocks of "Telekom Srbije".

- The stocks of Telekom will be the hit not only on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, but also on the London Stock Exchange - Dinkić estimated.

Government of Serbia announced tenders for selection of advisers for preparation of initial public offers of stocks of "Telekom Srbije", "Galenika", Airport "Nikola Tesla" and "Electric Power Company of Serbia" in January.

Selection of the advisers for appearance of stocks of state companies on the stock exchange is a part of the procedure for realization of rights of the citizens on free stocks, since the citizens will be able to sell these stocks up to six months after realization of the initial public bids.
