"Atlas sistem" bought the hotel "Mažestik" for 2 million EUR

The company "Atlas sistem" is the largest single owner of the Belgrade hotel "Mažestik" as it has taken over 42.7% of shares of the hotel at a cost of approximately 2 million euros. "Atlas sistem" offered to purchase a minimum of 25% of shares of "Mažestik", and a maximum of 60%. This means that the company is obligated to purchase a further 17.3% of shares of "Mažestik" within the next 20 days, provided that they are on offer for purchasing.
