Starting February 12th, stocks of Railway Car Factory from Kraljevo on Belgrade Stock Exchange

- The first trading in stocks of Railway Car Factory from Kraljevo is scheduled for February 12, at starting price of 800 RSD per stock - the Belgrade Stock Exchange announced yesterday (February 6, 2008).

According to the announcement, 579,156 common stocks of the Railway Car Factory will be included in the trading outside the stock exchange and their nominal value will be 1,000 RSD per stock.

Orders for the first trading in stocks of the Kraljevo-based factory can be submitted starting today.

Kraljevo-based railway car factory was sold to the Corporation of industrial association "Donbas" from Ukraine for 200,000 EUR in April 2006. According to the Business Registry Agency, the factory registered loss in amount of 319.7m RSD and income worth 52.8m RSD in 2006.
