Hemofram AD has acquired the property of the company Ivancic i Sinovi, eKapija learns.
By signing the agreement, Hemofarm has taken over the products, the production facility in Stari Banovci, the employees and the intellectual property of Ivancic i Sinovi.
Hemofarm is the largest exporter of pharmaceutical drugs from Serbia, with 79.1% share in the total export of pharmaceutical products. Its products are present in 38 states on three continents.
The production program of Ivancic i Sinovi, according to the company's official web site, encompasses 22 products, and there are 114 employees in the company.
