In her statement for Novi Sad's Dnevnik, she cites as priorities the completion of the highway on Corridor 10 up to Macedonia and Bulgaria, which Serbia has waited for for 40 years, and the highway from Cacak to the Montenegrin border on Corridor 11, but also the recovery of 1,100 kilometers of regional roads, modernization of railways and procurement of new trains, as well as placing within the top 20 in the World Bank's Doing Business list.
– The 21st century imposes different priorities, like increased regional interconnectedness. For this reason, another one of our priorities is the Nis-Pristina highway project, to be carried out in cooperation with the EU. We're not standing still, however, and we're investing ourselves in our own development. The cost of the road, railway and water traffic projects currently being carried out in Serbia is over EUR 6 billion, and by the end of our mandate, it will only have grown. Once it's all been completed, Serbia will become a true 21st century country – Mihajlovic said.
